Welcome to Wardlaws Alpacas. The name Wardlaws was the name of my house where I lived when I bought my two first alpacas in Avoca, Vic. That was in September 2000. My herd has now grown to around 80 alpacas, we breed both suri and huacaya in colours from white to black. We concentrate on affordable alpacas and offer excellent after sales service, with on going advice for new breeders. I take into consideration the fineness and density of the fleece but am more concerned with conformation and temperament. I am now offering agistment and free advertising on this site for my customers. We are situated in Dunolly, Vic (between Ballarat and Bendigo) on 150 acres of mainly phalaris pasture. At present, my partner John and I do not live on the property, but we are close by and visit at least twice daily. We are building and hope to move up in the not too distant future.
