Complete package, he has density, crimp and fineness. Perfect
confirmation.
Dons first cria Donna has now been shorn and at 12 months of age at
shearing she tested 18.4 micron.
Others, though younger all are considerably finer than their dams
with the highest of
8 tested being 20.8
av micron
Throws colour to coloured females.
Update '08
Crias tested in Oct 08 start at 16.0 micron at 5 months old. 16.6mic
at 7 months
16.7 at 9 months. Highest of 10 tested was 20.4 micron.
Update '09
As you can see by his full list of stats, Don's blowout is very
minimal for his age.
I am also really happy with what he produces eg. Donna (his first
cria) has just been shorn for the third time and tested.
At 12 months she was 18.4 on her first fleece, now at 3 years she is
still only19.6 micron
Some are even lower than their first fleeces on their second
fleeces.
Not all tested yet but of this years crias from 6 crias tested the
lowest was 16.2micron at 15 months old and the highest so far is
20.9av micron.
After getting
these results I have again decided I don't really want to sell Don.
Do need to introduce some new bloodlines so would discuss leasing
him or selling half share, or temporary swap with a coloured male!!

agistment is offered . A4 is included in the price.
Ultrasound, if required, is done by the vet so you pay the cost. Mobiles can be
